My First Visit

It all starts with listening.

We’ll build our partnership by learning your story and understanding what kind of support feels right for you.

Your first visit is a space to share what you're feeling, what you've been through, and what you need right now.

We'll talk through your current concerns, emotional and mental health history, any past or current pregnancies, reproductive experiences, and your goals

Together, we’ll create a care plan that compassionately reflects your needs and priorities.

Fees

Appointment fees vary.

This depends on your insurance coverage and the type of service you receive.

We’re in-network with some plans, adding more, and can provide a superbill if out-of-network.

If you are paying out-of-pocket, a sliding fee scale may be available.
